The program bug is due to an improper access to an array, which may cause a segmention fault. The bug was fixed, and a patch is available at http://www.openmx-square.org/bugfixed/11Aug30/patch3.5.2.tar.gz The patch contains two files: TRAN_Set_CentOverlap.c, Cluster_DFT.c.
