variable cell relaxation in OpenMX

Dear Prof. Ozaki,

Thank you for excellent software.

Frequently, I need to perform a variable-cell relaxation, but this feature is (still) not available in OpenMX, and to do it `manually' is really a demanding. Do you plan to include this in the future (not in the long future) releases?
