- Hello everyone:
For a 2 dimensional system, the tranmission is k-resolved because "NEGF.tran.Kgrid" is "N 1"(here, N>1). I want to know how to get the tranmission without k-resolved(namely the results after the integral with respect to the K points.)
My system: A graphene sheet with an adatom. The graphene sheet is in a-b plane, and the a-axis is the direction for electronic transport. a, b and c-axis are perpendicular to each other. So the system is periodic along the b-axis. So in order to calculate the tranmission of such a system, the tag of NEGF.tran.Kgrid was set as 30 1.
Please help me, thank you!
