Transmission on a graphene sheet (a 2 dimensional system)

Hello everyone:

For a 2 dimensional system, the tranmission is k-resolved because "NEGF.tran.Kgrid" is
"N 1"(here, N>1). I want to know how to get the tranmission without k-resolved(namely the results after the integral with respect to the K points.)

My system:
A graphene sheet with an adatom. The graphene sheet is in a-b plane, and the a-axis is the direction for electronic transport. a, b and c-axis are perpendicular to each other. So the system is periodic along the b-axis. So in order to calculate the tranmission of such a system, the tag of NEGF.tran.Kgrid was set as 30 1.

Please help me, thank you!

Hi,

The integrated transmission can be easily calculated by summing up
all the contributions and diving it by the number of k-points.
