In the page 64 of the mannual, it is said "an output file '*.md' can be EASILY animated using XCrySDen". However, I tried some options to read the '*.md' file with XCrySDen and it all failed. Ozaki Hi, Just do "File" -> "Open Structure" -> "Open XYZ" and change "XYZ files (*.xyz)" to "All File (*.*)". Then, you can choose your md file for opening.
