I am trying to visualize the STM image. But from where can I download WSxM software as I am not getting proper link. Anybody can help in this regard.

Only the WSxM v5.0 Develop 10.2, downloadable at http://www.wsxm.eu/download.html, suppors cube files.

Hello All,

Thanks for your quick response. I downloaded it from http://www.wsxm.eu/download.html. While running "install.exe" I am getting following error:

An error occurred while loading the archive.

I don't understand why is this. I am using Ubuntu 18.04. Any help regarding this will be appreciated.

Your error seems to be the same as the following.

The file extension of the downloadable files is `exe`. In this case, you need a Windows computer.
