- Hi all,
Is it possible to calculate the spin-polarized current with spin-orbit coupling?
I got the total current from the negf calculation with spin-orbit coupling, but not spin-polarized.
Can I get a projection to calculate spin up (sigma_z_up) and spin down (sigma_z_down) current and their transmission coefficients?
I want to obtain a similar figure shown in Figure 6b in the following article.
