I just learn about OpenMX and SIESTA methods recently, and want to choose one to carry out my study. So i wanna know about the difference between them. PS. But, some of functionalities are different. Also, OpenMX is written in C, while SIESTA is written in Fortran. As for the details, I think, you had better read the manuals.
