More OpenMX on IBM: FFTW3 Date: 2007/03/23 18:20 Name: Vasilii Artyukhov Dear eneryone, I'm trying to install OpenMX on a Linux/PowerPC cluster. I've tried a variety of options like using ATLAS or CLAPACK or those two compiled with ESSL, and it seems that I'm able to finally link CLAPACK, although ATLAS is still not working out (I wonder, why). But then, the linking crashes with a message like "ld: skipping incopatible .../libfftw3.a; unable to find -lfftw3". Both FFTW and CLAPACK were built using GCC (since XLF seems able to find something to complain about whatever I do). Could anyone explain what this all means?
