Problem with openmp/mpi Date: 2008/11/07 23:07 Name: Kevin Dear Professor Ozaki, I've compiled openmx 3.4 with gcc/gfortan using the -fopenmp flag, the multi-treaded acml and gotoblas libs and mvapich2. However when I run openmx with one process per node with MPI and -nt set to a value greater than one I only see one processor per node at 100% and the rest are at 0% with top. It seems that the openmp threads are not being used. In the output file it states the correct number of openmp threads per node. Any help you can give me would be appreciated! Regards, Kevin
