All the participants including the invited speakers are kindly requested to make the registration of the workshop by March 16, 2008. The registration will be completed to fill the registration form and to send it the secretariat (rcis@jaist.ac.jp).
Also participants who will present a talk or a poster are requested to submit an abstract (1 page) to the secretariat (rcis@jaist.ac.jp) by March 31, 2008. Although any format of the abstract is acceptable, a WORD format is available for your convenience. We will accept any poster presentation in which the OpenMX or QMAS code is NOT used.
No registration fee will be charged. The participants may attend
the banquet on Tuesday, and then will be charged 3000 Japanese yen
for for regular participants, 1000 Japanese yen for students.
All the payments should be made in Japanese cash at
the registration desk of the workshop.
No personal check or credit card will be accepted.
Overseas participants will stay at the Kanazawa Kokusai Hotel of around 7500 yen/night. If you wish to make a reservation for the hotel, please fill necessary information in the registration form and send it the secretariat (rcis@jaist.ac.jp) by March 16, 2008. In this case, you will receive an e-mail from the secretariat for confirmation of booking. A free shuttle bus service between the Kanazawa Kokusai Hotel and the JAIST will be provided for the participants in the morning and evening during the workshop. The banquet will be held in the Kanazawa Kokusai Hotel.
Domestic participants will be also expected to make a reservation
for
Kanazawa Kokusai Hotel
of around 7500 yen/night,
since the banquet will be held in the Kanazawa Kokusai Hotel,
and a free shuttle bus service between the Kanazawa Kokusai Hotel
and the JAIST will be provided for the participants in the
morning and evening during the workshop,
while there are several choices as you can see in
a PDF file.
If you wish to make a reservation for one of these hotels,
please fill necessary information in

and send it the secretariat (rcis@jaist.ac.jp) by
March 16, 2008 .
In this case, you will receive an e-mail from the
secretariat for confirmation of booking. Of course, you can
directly make a reservation for a hotel you wish to stay.
