The 3rd OpenMX/QMAS workshop 2015
Registration
All the participants including the invited speakers are kindly
requested to make the registration of the workshop by
April 12, 2015.
Please access the registration web site at

, and fill the registration form.
Also participants who will present a talk or a poster are requested
to submit an abstract (1 page) to the secretariat
(omx-qmas2015@cms-initiative.jp) by April 19, 2015.
Although any format of the abstract is acceptable,
a WORD format
is available for your convenience.
We will accept any poster presentation in which
the OpenMX or QMAS code is NOT used.
No registration fee will be charged. If the participants attend
the banquet on Tuesday, we would like to appreciate your donation
(4000 Japanese yen for regular participants, 2000 Japanese yen for
students).
All the payments should be made in Japanese cash at
the registration desk of the workshop.
No personal check or credit card will be accepted.

The Mitsui Garden Hotel Kashiwa-no-ha
About 9000 Yen/night, which is in front of the Kashiwa-no-ha campus
station of the Tsukuba Express train, and is about 1.5km away from the ISSP campus.

Single: 2500 Yen/night, Twin: 5000 Yen/night, which is in the campus of the ISSP.

In this case, you will receive an e-mail from the secretariat
for confirmation of booking.
Financial Support
All the invited speakers will be financially supported including
the airfare and the accommodation, and kindly requested
to bring the reciept of the airfare and the ticket stubs.
Also, limited participants who present his/her poster in
the poster session will be partly supported.
The students will be given priority for the financial
support. If you would need the financial support,
please contact the secretariat (omx-qmas2015@cms-initiative.jp).
Since the budget is limited, we will not be able to support
all the requests.
